Color and Space

The borders are complimentary on the borders and no color is touching itself within the border.

  1. Self Critique- I used complimentary colors some and the outer parts of the piece are cooler colors and the middle is warm colors. Also, I put some white in some of the shapes so that the intensity was not the same.

  2. I liked how you used all the colors at there fullest intensity, but next time you should think about altering the hues with light and dark to show contrast, but all in all i liked how you conveyed color and ambiguous space in your picture.

  3. I agree with Kristen, you could lighten some colors to show contrast but other than that I like the space you show in your work and I like all the colors you used.

  4. I really like this and the use of the colors and the use of space. I also agree with kristen about showing contrast and a little lighter colors. I also liked how you said the same color is not touching its self in the border which is really creative.

  5. I like the thought you put in using complimentary colors and how they don't touch the same color, but I think the lighter, contrasting colors that maybe gave a different feel with a smoother transitions would have been nice. Good work though.
